ZEN BUS

There is a wellbeing bus (The Zen Bus) coming to us on Tuesday 4 February. It will be parked up outside the Post 16 Library.

It will be available between 2-3pm. The sessions last for half an hour and give you an introduction to breathing techniques, sound baths and relaxation. Any Post 16 students can take part, to be involved for your own benefit to learn techniques which can be used to help you with any anxiety and stress.
