Macmillan Academy Post 16 is celebrating an exceptional set of results for its Year 13 students, with many achieving top grades that have secured them places at prestigious universities and in industry-leading companies.
Against a backdrop of fierce competition for degree courses and apprenticeships nationwide, our students have risen to the challenge and delivered performances that reflect their resilience, ambition, and commitment to excellence.
Head of Post 16, Mrs Alex Scott, commented:
“I couldn’t be more proud of our students. The dedication they have shown, particularly in the final months of their studies, has been nothing short of exceptional. These achievements are also a testament to the high-quality teaching, guidance, and unwavering support provided by our staff. This is truly a great year to celebrate!”
Headteacher – Mrs Rachel Coning said:
“We are so very proud of our Year 13 students. They have been an excellent year group who have worked exceptionally hard and they have been brilliant role models to our younger students. We wish them all well with their future and hope that they continue to keep in touch with us to let us know about all of the wonderful things that they go on to achieve.”
